The picture is deceiving as they are very light. I almost sent them back but decided to keep for the price & the hassle of returning..."

"These earrings are beautiful!! They look like Iolite and Tanzanite mixed together! I have both Iolite and Tanzanite rings and necklaces, and these earrings go great with both. I wore them to work the first day I had them, but they would look great for an evening out also!!!! I am so happy that I ordered them. If you want all dark, deep Iolite these might not be what you are looking for. I was looking for more of a look of Tanzanite, and these have the sparkle and beauty of both!! They are comfortable and not too heavy to wear all day long. I did use round disk backs to hold them on better. This was my first purchase on jtv.com, but it won't be my last!!"
