"this gem is big and pretty, do appear to be plastic looking, but you could feel it that its a stone, not plastic. If a person like blue moon gem and know their appearance (not shiny bight stone), this is a good moon stones, I think it would look more prettier under the sunlight. It does has blue in the stone, but not flashes. May be it will flash under the sunlight. I found out though most gems will have better color if you let in warm out. I am keeping this one for it is rare to me and its does look like the moon!"

"My stone weighed 12 cts - much heavier than the 8.5 cts on the invoice. I will keep this one in my collection as an example since I have three somewhat smaller stones set in castings, which I will wear. Great buy - thanks JTV!"

"This is a very pretty gemstone. Shines nicely and is well cut, no inclusions. Pale blue color. I however have one complaint. When I buy the larger stones JTV never has the settings for them. This has happened on 3 stones. Please carry more larger sized settings! Thanks."
