I normally wear a 6 1/2 so I ordered a 7. My guess is that I would probably have needed an 8 or a 9. It does not come in those sizes. I highly recomend it, just be sure to order up a couple of sizes." The tanzanite gems are exactly the color you see in the picture and I can't get over how much it sparkles. Although the gems do go around the entire band, I find it very comfortable to wear."
