    "I don't care for this loupe at all. It's uncomfortable, has sharp edges and is minature in size. I had a $10 loupe which I gave to my jeweler so this was a replacement for me. I'll be buying another $10 loupe."

    "This little (and I do mean little) item will pay for itself in one sitting. The difference between the other one for $9.99 is that this one will not, I repeat, NOT distort the image you are looking at. If things look blurry on the outside edges of the other one, they will not on this one. This is a professional eye piece. A bit more money, but worth it. I know my eyes are not what they were in my 'youth', but I really thought I was really going down hill fast (okay, yeah, so I am). Now, with this, there is no distortion on the edge's. I do own the other one as well (that came with the zippered kit) and keep that one in my purse in a pouch."
