"These earrings are a little larger than I expected, but lovely and not overboard on the bling factor. There are forty to fifty garnets in each earring. The rose gold is lighter than usual and would blend well with either white or yellow gold, if worn together. The diamond accent was a mistake, in my opinion. It's on the center prong, and is too tiny to make any difference. The plain prongs are actually brighter than the diamond. The shape of each earring is hexagonal, something I had also not expected. I love this color. But for me, the earring backs are too small, and this is a minus with respect to the overall value."
