"I purchased the ring with the same exact carat weight stone (DCC051) in 2006 and the stone is absolutely gorgeous. Yes, it has both orange and pink (hot), along with flashes of a golden color and even a tiny bit of purple -- my favorite sunset colors. I wanted to purchase this pendant, but I am concerned because the one shown seems to be asymetrical. The prongs don't look even and the veil looks tilted to one side. When I looked at the video, it still looks crooked. Maybe it was just a poor choice for the photo shoot, but it made me decide to wait until there is another round twilight pendant to view. I also want to buy round studs to match whenever they become available. I hope the buyers will read this and make these items available to us."

"The color is a problem, both orange and pink (perhaps why it is considered "twightlight topaz"). It wasn't for me."

Fast Facts
| The origin of the name could be from the ancient Topasos Islands near Greece. |
| Topaz can be very costly and rare when they occur naturally in unusual colors. All colors have been a popular choice for jewelry since European royalty started collecting gemstones. |
| Europeans preferred colorless Topaz as a substitute for diamond when those stones were unavailable. The reason was because it was often available in excellent clarity rough and took a beautiful high polish. |
Topaz is the birthstone of December. |
|
