"I am quite pleased with this purchase. Well it looked nice on me and it's just as I pictured it. The glimmer is there and indeed it's eye catching for it's simplicity. Although it seems that the "kink" reputation, as one of the previous reviews mentioned, of this item hasn't been properly address yet by the JTV quality control. I think packaging has a big role with the "kink". I found the necklace coiled and looped when I opened the box creating a "kink" few inches away from the latch. It's not so obvious though, and I personally can live w/ it, but I can see it when I look closer and I can feel it when I run my fingers through the necklace. I know the price is a steal, but quality and integrity of the material should never be compromised and overlooked, to keep costumers coming back for more. Generally? I'm happy and satisfied."

"I was very excited when I saw the price of the chain but when I received it I must admit that I was very disappointed.The chain was very flimsy and has a big kink in it.I would definitely be returning it.I am very disappointed by this purchase, the quality is poor and this was my first time purchasing from JTV.This chain looks totally different from what is shown on TV.
I'll probably just get some hoop earrings next time =("

"I purchased this item, and although it is slim, I expected that for the price. It is 18 kt and I love that. What I am not happy about is the fact that there is a kink in the necklace and so I am not sure that I will keep it. I am disappointed that their Quality Control department would allow something as obvious as the kink. It takes away the integrity of the necklace. I may likely keep it, but I will take it to see if it has been damaged and what the cost of repair would be. It is not as if it can be hidden in the back of the neck. It is gorgeous, and a good price. I like the designs of most of the jewelry, but have found that the setting are pretty weak, and I have lost one diamond in three different purchases. I doubt that I will ever buy stones in settings again."
