"I was disappointed. I opened the box and the first thing I saw was that the accent stone was missing. Now I have to wait several more weeks for it to be returned to you and then reshipped, so it will be very late as a birthday gift, (as intended) I would have thought this would have been checked prior to shipment so I wonder about quality control."
