"My husband and I saw this item on-air around Valentine's Day, and he ordered it for me as a Valentine's gift. If I had ordered it myself I would have likely returned it. The chain was light and flimsy, and it took us 20 minutes to unite the knot it was in when the package arrived. The pendant itself is very light, and the crystals would not be mistaken for diamonds. I do like that the pendant is reversible, though. Overall, disappointing."

"This necklace is very nice! I love the crystals on the charm, it's eye-catching. As soon as my mom saw it, we had to order one for her as well! The chain is a bit thin but overall it's a great buy!"

"I bought two of these because they looked so very good on TV. When I received them they were very cheap. The necklace looked like a small childs and the crystal's looked they were falling out. I sent them both back."
