"I agree that the color is much lighter than the one shown on line but I wasn't surprised by it - I had seen it on TV and the host did mention that the ring was on the pale side. Still, I like it for its shape and firm setting. It is a nice piece of jewelry."

"Had ordered this ring to go with JUH025A (amethsyt cross) and received yesterday. Although the amethsyt are lighter than what was shown on tv and the internet this ring resinates a sense of spirituality in it's color. Not a true lilac and not african amethyst but an in between shade of purple sort of a darker lilac lavender in color which is absolutely beautiful! It matches my cross perfectly and I could not have done a better job selecting a ring to match my cross if I were there to hand pick it. All the gemstones match to the center stone and the ring is well constructed in design & in shape. My ring measures just under 1" in length and 3/4" from side to side and has an elongating effect on your finger. I could not be happier with this ring and highly recommend it to everyone. I own two african amethyst rings which I absolutely love, but this ring when put up against pink clothing pull pink shades, up against purple clothing pulls purple shades, against blue, lavender shades, against black, a gorgeous shade of amethyst and against red a gorgeous shade of magenta purple. If you are looking for a very unique piece of jewelry this is the one! Thanks JTV!!"

"this ring is definitely not the color in the online picture. the color is not a deep purple, it is a light pale purple. cute ring, but not the right color. don't let the display color fool you. it is not the true color."
