"If you have done any kind of comparison shopping on diamond rondels, you know that this is an incredible value! The diamonds sparkle as they should. This necklace would retail for far more money elsewhere. I am very pleased with my purchase. Ross Simons sells these necklaces for far more money. I would like to see JTV carry other colors of diamond rondel necklaces! They are awesome!"

"My daughters & I were intrigued when Sharon first showcased this during the Holidays: almost 9 carats of sophisticated black fancy cut diamonds in a 'bead' necklace! Reading the mixed reviews, however, we decided to purchase the necklace to re-sell, understanding that the minimum price per carat at a national pawn is triple the value. Upon arrival, however, the quartz-like necklace we were expecting to part with turned out to be a beautiful, brilliant designer diamond necklace we wanted to keep! Moreover, we discovered R____ S____ sells an IDENTICAL necklace for $1400! I'm truly sorry other's experiences differed from ours; however, the diamonds in our necklace are unmistakeable with great scintillation, and the juxtaposed glimmering white gold beads make the sparkling fancy cut black diamonds even more captivating! This necklace is too lovely to sell: while the diamonds are imperfect (the beads vary slightly in size), they really sparkle, and the lighter 14k white gold chain & beads work very well with the feminine design. Unconventional and graceful, I think that with diamonds as pleasing as those in our necklace, this purchase comes down to personal style."

Fast Facts
| Diamond is the hardest known gemstone on earth. |
| In 1477, Archduke Maximillian gave his betrothed a ring set with a diamond as a love token, making it the first recorded diamond engagement ring. |
| Diamond comes from the Greek word “adamas” meaning invincible. |
| Some beautiful purple color garnets will often be found in kimberlite (blue ground) soil samples in diamond rich areas and called diamond indicators. |
As diamonds are formed by nature, most naturally develop minute imperfections known as inclusions. A diamond is considered “clean” if a trained eye cannot see inclusions when viewing the diamond through a color corrected lens at 10 times magnification. |
|
Diamond is crystallized carbon, the only gem composed of a single element. The most popular diamonds are traditionally colorless, but they can also be found in yellow and brown colors. Although much rarer, diamonds known as “fancies” also come in blue, red, pink, green, orange, black, lavender and purple. On Mohs’ scale of hardness, diamond is the world’s hardest substance at 10. It has a high luster and primary sources include South Africa, Namibia, Australia, Botswana, Russia, Zaire, Brazil, Ghana, Angola, Central African Republic and Canada.
