"They should call these "olive" quartz. It's really either a dirty yellow tinged with brown/green or olive. I was expecting pale yellow, but I can live with olive quartz, and I like the size of the beads, the faceting, and you can't beat lever backs."

Crypto-crystalline quartz is also known as chalcedony and includes agate, bloodstone, carnelian, chyrsoprase, jasper, moss agate, onyx and sard.
