    "When I received the heart pendant necklace, I was pretty satisfied. The pendant was very shiny and nicely polished. It is a very simple piece that would go with anyting, but my only concern is that the pendant is a lot bigger than what I imagined. Also, if you are a petite person, the chain might be a little too long, but what genuine sterling silver jewelery can you get for under $20.00 at a regular dept. store? not much. So....I think it's a deal!"
