"When I ordered this, it said only one in stock, now there must be more, so maybe I got a bad one. The diamonds are not the same color, one is nearly white, others look kind of gray green, can't explain how they look, huge inclusion in one, smaller inclusions I can see in another, and I dont have a loop-- just a 3X mag glass. I understand with the price it can't be perfect and with the price of gold, but this will be in the shop all the time. The mounting, the part below the diamonds, is thin as a piece of small wire. One little bump would destroy it. I admit I don't know that much about diamonds and mountings, but I know this is NOT a good buy. I'm not showing it to anyone and it is going back tomorrow."

"This ring is the prettiest ring I have ever purchased. The diamonds are all the same color, the setting of the stones are perfect, the the thickness of the ring is just right, not too thick not too thin. The diamonds are unbeliveable, the sparkle and shine is amazing. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and I would recommend this ring to anyone. Hopefully they will come out with the matching necklace and earrings!! My husband bought this for our 3rd anniversary, he is pleased. I will be buying diamonds again from jewelry television."

"OK, I had purchased the exact same ring in the 1 ct. and liked it a lot but it was a little on the small side for me so opted to get this ring HOPING that it would be exactly the same as the 1 ct. but just bigger. It came and I was a little disapointed, it had a different tone to the color of the diamonds...a little darker. Still had the sparkle in the right lighting and especially at night. 1 of the stones had an inclusion that I could see and another had a tiny scratch on the surface of the stone. I had planned to return the 1 ct. ring since I purchased this one to replace it but now I am not sure. All in all it has a feminine, pretty setting of a big flower, it sparkles a lot in the right light and gets a lot of compliments...looking at it as I type and its just sparkling away guess its a keeper, what can I say...I love anything sparkly!"

"The ring is hard to rate. The diamonds are beautiful and I think well worth the price of the ring. The setting is extremely thin and of poor quality. I debated sending the ring back, but I do love the diamonds and hope to find another setting for them eventually."

Fast Facts
| Diamond is the hardest known gemstone on earth. |
| In 1477, Archduke Maximillian gave his betrothed a ring set with a diamond as a love token, making it the first recorded diamond engagement ring. |
| Diamond comes from the Greek word “adamas” meaning invincible. |
| Some beautiful purple color garnets will often be found in kimberlite (blue ground) soil samples in diamond rich areas and called diamond indicators. |
As diamonds are formed by nature, most naturally develop minute imperfections known as inclusions. A diamond is considered “clean” if a trained eye cannot see inclusions when viewing the diamond through a color corrected lens at 10 times magnification. |
|
Diamond is crystallized carbon, the only gem composed of a single element. The most popular diamonds are traditionally colorless, but they can also be found in yellow and brown colors. Although much rarer, diamonds known as “fancies” also come in blue, red, pink, green, orange, black, lavender and purple. On Mohs’ scale of hardness, diamond is the world’s hardest substance at 10. It has a high luster and primary sources include South Africa, Namibia, Australia, Botswana, Russia, Zaire, Brazil, Ghana, Angola, Central African Republic and Canada.
