Product Description for Min 4.00ct 12x10mm Oval Yellow Labradorite-YBV12102BQThis beautiful natural stone is a variety of plagioclase feldspar, meaning it is a mix of albite and anorthite. Feldspars are complex minerals, and identifying specific gem varieties like andesine, bytownite, and labradorite is very difficult. Working closely with our vendors, we try to clearly identify gemstones and their origins, but this is not always possible. Based on current knowledge, we are calling this gemstone labradorite. It has a durable hardness of 6 to 6.5 on Mohs' scale.

"When I opened the package and saw the fire of this stone it overwhelmed me because it's so beautiful. The cut is fantastic and the color is superb. I have been recommending to all of my friends to buy yellow labradorite - whether it be in jewelry or loose stones. It's worth it!!"

"Pretty pale yellow, absolutely clear stones. I purchased three, for earrings and a ring or pendant. I love the red Andesine best, but got these for future investments!! The red and green have surely increased in value!! Hope this does the same!"

"The stone is beautiful ,but paler than I expected. Looked darker on TV. Still it made up into a beautiful pendant. I do not regret the purchase."
