    "When I received this necklace I was very disappointed. It looked much larger on the website and I was expecting a more substantial necklace based on the photo. I don't have any complaints about the quality, but this is going back for sure. It's very tiny and good for a very small child only."

    "My only complaint or suggestion is the fact that the gauge of the chain was not listed. There really is no way to tell by looking at the illustration. I know you do list this on some items but not all. The more informed customer is a more pleased customer."
