"While the style of the braclet was very nice I found the diamonds lacked the clarity I was looking for. Given the price for the braclet, I should have expected it. Next time I will be a little more careful to pick something a little nicer. I wish JTV would give the color and clarity of their diamonds. I'm not giving up on you JTV. A new customer!"

"My husband purchased this bracelet in the spur of the moment when I was watching Nikki and Sheree's JTV Birthday show... it came today and I am thrilled, thrilled, thrilled!
I have been reluctant to purchase exceptional diamond jewelry from JTV because it is not usually presented with a diamond grade. The wide range of quality JTV sells makes it hard to know what will come, but on this closeout piece we took a chance. The quality looked good online and on television, and now seeing it 'in person' we are really pleased! I have looked at many diamond bracelets online, and this bracelet is absolutely wonderful for the price. At $1799 it appears to be an outstanding value just based upon the calculations my husband did as to price of moderate-quality diamond melee rounds of this size and 14k gold price per gram. Adding to this, the quality is excellent and the diamonds appear to be well matched, clear and of better color than we anticipated!
The links of the bracelet are attractively designed even when viewed from the back, and they fit together like a puzzle to keep the bracelet stable across its width. It drapes nicely on the wrist, and feels 'solid' and not fragile. The clasp is hidden, and the design of the diamonds is maintained without disruption across the face of the clasp. The clasp and safety are durable and the white gold is highly polished in appearance. The prongs appear sturdy and uniform.
A brief pass with the loupe showed a little rough finish in the workmanship on the hollow underside of the clasp (where the safety fits across it, not visible when closed). The diamonds looked clear, although I did not examine each one closely with the loupe but simply 'spot checked.'
One caveat for those considering giving this as a gift: The box is a long, slim blue cardboard box with a magnetic foldover marked Jewelry Television. The box presentation, in my opinion, does not measure up to this expensive quality piece. While this didn't matter as much to me , if you are surprising someone and want that 'million-dollar' impact then you may want to order a nice new velvet box from an online source.
An unanticipated optical illusion of this bracelet is that on a peripheral glance it appears to be a line of large diamond solitaires. Of course, when one looks more closely the details in the diamonds and prongs become more obvious. I really like the scallop in the edge design of this bracelet, and the simplicity of the style means this bracelet will transition nicely for various looks and occasions.
I still can't believe it... after all the diamond bracelets I have admired online and all the critiquing of various styles, and all of a sudden just the right bracelet appears on television! I never dreamed it was possible to get this carat weight in a good quality bracelet without paying much more. JTV, you hit a homerun with this one! We are thrilled, and we can't wait to have it appraised!"

Fast Facts
| Diamond is the hardest known gemstone on earth. |
| In 1477, Archduke Maximillian gave his betrothed a ring set with a diamond as a love token, making it the first recorded diamond engagement ring. |
| Diamond comes from the Greek word “adamas” meaning invincible. |
| Some beautiful purple color garnets will often be found in kimberlite (blue ground) soil samples in diamond rich areas and called diamond indicators. |
As diamonds are formed by nature, most naturally develop minute imperfections known as inclusions. A diamond is considered “clean” if a trained eye cannot see inclusions when viewing the diamond through a color corrected lens at 10 times magnification. |
|
Diamond is crystallized carbon, the only gem composed of a single element. The most popular diamonds are traditionally colorless, but they can also be found in yellow and brown colors. Although much rarer, diamonds known as “fancies” also come in blue, red, pink, green, orange, black, lavender and purple. On Mohs’ scale of hardness, diamond is the world’s hardest substance at 10. It has a high luster and primary sources include South Africa, Namibia, Australia, Botswana, Russia, Zaire, Brazil, Ghana, Angola, Central African Republic and Canada.
