"This is my 8 or 9th purchase and I keep thinking, will I have to return this one. But NO! Every single time I am impressed. I recently purchased a ring and it was beautiful, I wore it two hours and had lost the stone out of the setting. I contacted JTV and their customer service people were great. Found be a replacement stone and got it for very little money and had it reset and it is wonderful. As long as they have the things I like, I'll keep buying.
