Rhodochrosite is found in Argentina, Peru, Romania, England, Germany, Namibia, Mexico, Canada, South Africa, and the U.S. (Colorado, Montana, New Jersey, Arizona, and California).

    "I purchased this stone over a year ago when they first got the Sweet Home Mine rhodochrosite in stock. The reason I got this particular stone is because I thought it was the prettiest color of all the similar size stones. Am completely satisfied and it's a great (one only) in my collection. I would not purchase another because they are pricey, but wanted to have at least one. Sometimes you can purchase a one only --or limited stock, on auction, for a better price......."
