"I couldn't wait to get these earrings! Dazzle, glitter, sparkle, and twinkle! These earrings are great value for the money. I went out and priced these on sale and they were not as nice as these. Both earrings were the same size. I found one speck of carbon near the prong. Other than the carbon speck and minor inclusions under a loupe, the earrings are eye clean. These dazzle and are well worth the price."

"Okay, here's the scoop on these diamond earrings. Order more than one pair at a time to compare them. My first order was terrible, I3 across the board for clarity, way too much carbon. Ordered 3 more pairs in one order and when they came in I compared them. Found one pair that is very nice for the money that I would rate as SI in clarity and H-I in color. When you can order more than one pair and loupe them, you are bound to get a good pair which I am delighted to say that I did! It's a bit of a hassle to have to do it this way, but if you can order several pairs at once, do it! No one can beat the price and since I am a "natural" at grading diamonds (so I have been told my a gemologist) I would consider the final price for the hassles well worth it! No way even on Ebay could you meet the price on these earrings if you can get a really nice pair. SO HAPPY THAT I DID!"

"Each of the stones were beautiful and for the price you can't beat it. BUT, they are going back because one stone is very noticably larger than the other one. Nice stones...disappointed in the huge size difference."

"The pair that I received were not matching in size with one diamond smaller than the other. The quality was fair for the price, some body color to the stones. They looked nice to the naked eye but had a lot of flaws and carbon under the loop. The 14K setting for the price was very thin with very small clutch backs that look like the same backings used on every other pair of stud earrings offered at JTV. They did not fit tight enough on the back of the earring and I would be afraid they would fall off very easy. For this price I was expecting a more substantial setting for the diamonds. Sorry I will be sending them back. I will save up my money for a better pair in the future."

Fast Facts
| Diamond is the hardest known gemstone on earth. |
| In 1477, Archduke Maximillian gave his betrothed a ring set with a diamond as a love token, making it the first recorded diamond engagement ring. |
| Diamond comes from the Greek word “adamas” meaning invincible. |
| Some beautiful purple color garnets will often be found in kimberlite (blue ground) soil samples in diamond rich areas and called diamond indicators. |
As diamonds are formed by nature, most naturally develop minute imperfections known as inclusions. A diamond is considered “clean” if a trained eye cannot see inclusions when viewing the diamond through a color corrected lens at 10 times magnification. |
|
Diamond is crystallized carbon, the only gem composed of a single element. The most popular diamonds are traditionally colorless, but they can also be found in yellow and brown colors. Although much rarer, diamonds known as “fancies” also come in blue, red, pink, green, orange, black, lavender and purple. On Mohs’ scale of hardness, diamond is the world’s hardest substance at 10. It has a high luster and primary sources include South Africa, Namibia, Australia, Botswana, Russia, Zaire, Brazil, Ghana, Angola, Central African Republic and Canada.
