"The earrings are not bad considering the size and carat weight for the price. The baguettes were clear and shiny. The round diamonds were very white but mostly cloudy, so they didn't have a lot of sparkle. I was planning to try the earrings out for a week before deciding if I would keep them. Unfortunately, one of the earrings had a bent post, and when I flipped back the omega back to try it on, the back fell off! I also noticed that the hinge for the omega back was visible from the front of the earring. The other earring was perfectly fine, but since one was damaged, I sent them back. I was thinking about exchanging for another pair, but I guess I'm just not that crazy about them. I opted to try a less expensive pair of champagne diamond earrings instead."

"I did not know what exactly to expect even though I purchased other diamond jewlery from jtv, but the diamonds were mostly clear and not cloudy and the size was big and bold. Not a disappointment at all."

"I purchased these earrings about a month ago. When I received the earrings, I was shocked at the size of the actual earring. These are a great pair of diamond earrings for the price. No there not VS quality diamonds but where ever I go, people seem to compliment my earrings. I would suggest that you check these earrings closely once you receive them because the baguettes seemed very spacy. I was too lazy to send them back so I will have my jeweler take a look."

"The diamond quality of the pair I received were very poor, poor design. With this quality diamonds there is very little sparkle and at a distance they appeared milk white. Not practical and functional. I am returning them."

Fast Facts
| Diamond is the hardest known gemstone on earth. |
| In 1477, Archduke Maximillian gave his betrothed a ring set with a diamond as a love token, making it the first recorded diamond engagement ring. |
| Diamond comes from the Greek word “adamas” meaning invincible. |
| Some beautiful purple color garnets will often be found in kimberlite (blue ground) soil samples in diamond rich areas and called diamond indicators. |
As diamonds are formed by nature, most naturally develop minute imperfections known as inclusions. A diamond is considered “clean” if a trained eye cannot see inclusions when viewing the diamond through a color corrected lens at 10 times magnification. |
|
Diamond is crystallized carbon, the only gem composed of a single element. The most popular diamonds are traditionally colorless, but they can also be found in yellow and brown colors. Although much rarer, diamonds known as “fancies” also come in blue, red, pink, green, orange, black, lavender and purple. On Mohs’ scale of hardness, diamond is the world’s hardest substance at 10. It has a high luster and primary sources include South Africa, Namibia, Australia, Botswana, Russia, Zaire, Brazil, Ghana, Angola, Central African Republic and Canada.
