"Once again I was expecting stones that were bottom of the line. They are the most beautiful blue topaz stones that I have ever seen. The necklace is just gorgeous. It does say 17 inches when you order, but I really do think that it is an 18 inch. This will go with anything. Tshirts, bare skin, whatever you want to wear it with. Work or play.
