"Can't tell which is the aqua or zircon. Both are so pale. Will probably return."

"Thank you so much JTV. You have made my birthday complete. My husband sent for this ring for me, all on his own. However, when it arrived neither of us was happy with the color of the stone. My husband was so disappointed fearing that we could not get another in time for my birthday. He wrote a letter explaining the situation to the Customer Care folks at JTV and my replacement ring arrived today, a week before the big day. It is the most lovely ring with an unbelievably beautiful setting. The gallery is so high-end and it looks like a timeless antique. The aqua, while pale, is a flawless sky blue. JTV may be the largest loose gemstone and jewelry company there is, but the wonderful people who operate the company have hearts to match. The ring arrived under Extremely Urgent 2nd Day Air at my door this morning. Thank you JTV not only for your beautiful jewelry, but also for your caring, and impeccable service. I am a totally devoted fan forever."

"I wore this beauty to work the next day after receiving it. My friends were so impressed with the presence of the aqua, the sparkle, and the design! I too bought this ring based on the previous reviews. I was not disappointed. The aqua has enough color saturation to state it's aquamarine identity. The white zircons flash and sparkle in the "retro" setting. I love just looking at it on my hand! If you love aqua, you will not be disapponted in this ring!"

| Capture the vibrant blues of the sea in a stone and you have Aquamarine. From light blue to bluish green to deep blue, Aquamarine offers irresistible ranges of sea blue colors. |
| A member of the beryl family (also known for emeralds), Aquamarine was referred to as sea-green beryl in ancient texts. |

Lore
Ancient sailors traveled with aquamarine crystals, believing that it would insure a safe passage, and often slept with the stones under their pillow to insure sound sleep. They believed the siren’s (mermaid) fish-like lower body was made of aquamarine.
