"Kind gentleman in Customer Service instructed me to return the bracelet and they would replace it. And they did! Within a week of sending it back, I had a new one. The stones were different, but just as beautiful as the other ones. So this item is a rave, not only for quality, but also for Customer Service! Go JTV!"

"I was concerned when I read the previous reviews for this rutilated quartz bracelet-the majority had been disappointed (unhappy with the feel of the bracelet, cloudy quartzs, no visible rutile material). I like sets of things, so finding an upscale looking rutilated quartz in a bracelet to match my ring and necklace piqued my interest enough to give it a try. It arrived today, and all seems fine. It fits nicely, it closes easily, all the quartz are clear and there appear to be plenty of rutiles. So far, so good!"

"Bracelet wasn't as good on quality as the rest of the set. The bars between stones keep the bracelet flat and stiff. Therefore, I had difficulty fastening it. Also, it dropped off my wrist twice the first day I wore it... don't know why the clasp won't hold. But, the stones themselves were beautiful!"
