    "This mounting is eloquent and will be beautiful with any stone I choose to set in it. The price was outstanding - and for 14 kt gold. This is a good purchase just to have on hand for anyone who collects gemstones. Very well made and not flimsy - fairly heavy and will certainly hold a nice gemstone securely."

    "I had purchased a 7 x 7 Ruby for my mother's 75 birthday this July. I decided to make a pendant for her. This casting was perfect. The scroll work on the sides is dainty, but well defined. There is a small teardrop open space directly below the bale, and I was able to have a 3 point diamond mounted in that opening. It makes the Ruby POP!! This is a substantial piece of gold, not thin wire, so it does not get lost with a big stone with lots of color. I will more than likely purchase another one to have one of my other stones mounted. Just wish it came in white gold,too."
