"Purchased in the hopes it would match the reddish color of the illustration (perhaps like andesine), instead the cats eye is like the video display, coffee bean brown. Cats eye does open, but is a bit hard to see in such a dark stone; this is a conservative, understated ring; no labradorescence seen, certainly no color-change. Sending the ring back, slightly dissapointed."
