"Three of the four stones are beauties but the fourth one has a large defect across the entire top of the stone. Probably from one of the rods breaking off in the polishing process but it is completely unuseable and I had to send the two stones back for an exchange. Which is a pain in the neck - doesn't someone check them out when they're putting them in the boxes??"
