"When I saw the beautiful review by "Texan by Choice" , I remembered that I also had this same gem. I wanted a little larger tourmalinated quartz for my collection. I do have a bracelet of this material that I purchased on e-bay, however, it is not this quality of stone. My bracelet is somewhat cloudy like some ice cubes we make at home instead of the ones crystal clear that we purchase in the store. My ctw is 5.47 and I have less dark needles than the photo. All- in -all; I think I have just the perfect stone. Would like to make a pendant from this gemmy gem."

"It had a lot of needles and some were large that makes it better to see with the naked eye. I also bought a 14 x 10 emeral cut and it was just as nice. Very pleased with them."

"I purchased two of these stones. One was for a ring and the other for a pendant. One of the stones was chipped and neither fit into the snap fit casting I purchased at JTV because the stones were too deep. I returned both."
