"Had intended these earrings for my mother-in-law's birthday. But, much less than I expected. Know she would not be delighted. She's pretty fancy! But, because I hate to return things, will keep for my daughter. I was taken in with the hullabalou the sales person was going on with another sales person at the time."

"Okay, I let my desire get the best of me and didn't read the description details. I thought these would be white and glowy with light from all those little stones I thought I was seeing in the picture, but silly me, there are only 2 (TWO) tiny little diamonds there. 1 point in the center front of each earring. So instead, what I see is a silvery texture of the tiny mock prongs and reflective flat bits. In itself, it's not a bad look - almost like a snakeskin - but not what I bought it for. Otherwise, as a pair of earrings, they are a bit too heavy my comfort, sit too low from the top, and the prong so thick I could barely get it in my ear."

"The size is nice, but they look dull and like dirty metal. IF you go out into the sunshine, they sparkle and look better, but inside an enclosure or under lights they are U GULY!!!"

"These earrings have great presence and lovely eye appeal. They have very good weight to them and the overall finish is surprisingly well done. These took longer than usual to arrive but was worth the wait."

Fast Facts
| Diamond is the hardest known gemstone on earth. |
| In 1477, Archduke Maximillian gave his betrothed a ring set with a diamond as a love token, making it the first recorded diamond engagement ring. |
| Diamond comes from the Greek word “adamas” meaning invincible. |
| Some beautiful purple color garnets will often be found in kimberlite (blue ground) soil samples in diamond rich areas and called diamond indicators. |
As diamonds are formed by nature, most naturally develop minute imperfections known as inclusions. A diamond is considered “clean” if a trained eye cannot see inclusions when viewing the diamond through a color corrected lens at 10 times magnification. |
|
Diamond is crystallized carbon, the only gem composed of a single element. The most popular diamonds are traditionally colorless, but they can also be found in yellow and brown colors. Although much rarer, diamonds known as “fancies” also come in blue, red, pink, green, orange, black, lavender and purple. On Mohs’ scale of hardness, diamond is the world’s hardest substance at 10. It has a high luster and primary sources include South Africa, Namibia, Australia, Botswana, Russia, Zaire, Brazil, Ghana, Angola, Central African Republic and Canada.
