"This was purchased as a gift for my son. It was broken! One of the gold tone screws on it looked like someone had pried it off! I was very upset with this order. I called the service department, and they were very kind and gave me another option, which worked out perfectly. The bracelet, had it not been broken, would have been perfect. It was a heavy, wide, substantial piece. It would have looked very nice. So, I would still recommend this one. I returned the broken one and got something else, as they were out of these."

"I got this for my 22 year old son. When I opened the box one of the screws had fell out,but was still in the box so it could be but back in. Other then that it is very nice looking and my son will love it"

"I bought this as a gift and when I opened the box I was very happy with it at first. Then when I took it out of the box, I noticed one of the gold screws was missing. I looked through the packaging to see if I could repair it myself, but there was no screw to be found. Even though I liked this, I returned it this afternoon."
