"The sparkle on this ring is astonishing. The diamonds are of a high quality, and the fire in each stone is clear and brilliant. From even a short distance it looks like 3 enormous diamonds, even though you know it is 3 lovely clusters in a flower pattern. I absolutely love it!"

"A lot of sparkle. When louped, none of the diamonds were over 60% clean, but a majority of the stones had white blasts of shine showing through. Some don’t show any fire, but the overall effect of this ring to the naked eye is super-sparkle and flamboyance. I saw this on a host’s hand, and it looked like what I wanted … a sophisticated, polished presentation with great carat weight. But the effect (in person) is not upmarket at all. My immediate impression was that the design layout is so ill-chosen that I would assume it’s fake if I saw it on someone else. Although I have returned it, I think this ring would be a joy to own to the right person. It will not go unnoticed! People WILL grab your hand to look. For my purposes, I would give a rating of 1. But, it has undeniable merits, so I’m giving it a 3 or 4."

"This is a great value ring. It has a large presence - the design gives the impression of three huge stones. The diamonds are clean to the eye, but do have minor inclusions when veiwed by 10x. But the diamond color is good, and they generate lots of attention - the ring's flash is blinding in the sun. Also the 14kt gold setting has substantial weight. This is the same ring that has sold on ShopNBC (Clemency Collection) for $1399 (although now has been reduced similarly), with an estimated retail of $2400+."

Fast Facts
| Diamond is the hardest known gemstone on earth. |
| In 1477, Archduke Maximillian gave his betrothed a ring set with a diamond as a love token, making it the first recorded diamond engagement ring. |
| Diamond comes from the Greek word “adamas” meaning invincible. |
| Some beautiful purple color garnets will often be found in kimberlite (blue ground) soil samples in diamond rich areas and called diamond indicators. |
As diamonds are formed by nature, most naturally develop minute imperfections known as inclusions. A diamond is considered “clean” if a trained eye cannot see inclusions when viewing the diamond through a color corrected lens at 10 times magnification. |
|
Diamond is crystallized carbon, the only gem composed of a single element. The most popular diamonds are traditionally colorless, but they can also be found in yellow and brown colors. Although much rarer, diamonds known as “fancies” also come in blue, red, pink, green, orange, black, lavender and purple. On Mohs’ scale of hardness, diamond is the world’s hardest substance at 10. It has a high luster and primary sources include South Africa, Namibia, Australia, Botswana, Russia, Zaire, Brazil, Ghana, Angola, Central African Republic and Canada.
