"The focal point is elevated above the finger, but not too high - a really attractive feature. The "Saturn Ring" around the elevated gem looks quite nice, too. The fit is just right, and this casting doesn't turn on my finger. My main reason for buying this - at the time, all the settings for a 10 mm round stone were very pricey. If a large ct gem is within my means, I'll get it for the joy of ownership, and the possible increase in value over time. Wearing it is a bonus. So, a buy like this semi-mount gets the gem out of a jar and onto the hand."

"This semi-mount is not comfort fit or finnished on the inside, so it is full of sharp edges that hurt. It is also so flimsy that the prongs can be bent with your fingers. I also would have preferred any colorless stones to the so-called accent, practically non existent, totally lacking sparkle diamonds in this semi-mount. I will be returning it."
