"This ring is a lightweight ring, but the dark teal diamond stones, as well as the white diamonds, make up for the lack of "heft" in it. It looks very expensive. I have another (JTV) teal blue diamond ring (w/3 flower-type sets of stones) and the teal color is a little more vivid, and more teal colored. All in all, the crossover ring is a bargain and a half! I love mine (well, I love both of them). I just wish JTV would make some gorgeous blue diamond pendants to go with all of their super-fabulous blue diamond rings. I am waiting for that to happen. Nobody has better deals than Jewelry Television."

"Love the way the blue and white diamonds sparkle. You just can't stop looking at it. I did find something wrong with the gold near the shank. It seemed like the gold has 2 black smudges that wont wipe off. I was going to send it back and exchange it, but there was only one left, and not my size. I can live with the defect, especially at the $149 price. You have to have certain lighting to see it, and know where it is. The ring sits high on the hand, and has a hollow band (not comfort fit). This didn't bother me, probably because of the way the ring is made. I really love it. You won't be disappointed."

Fast Facts
| Diamond is the hardest known gemstone on earth. |
| In 1477, Archduke Maximillian gave his betrothed a ring set with a diamond as a love token, making it the first recorded diamond engagement ring. |
| Diamond comes from the Greek word “adamas” meaning invincible. |
| Some beautiful purple color garnets will often be found in kimberlite (blue ground) soil samples in diamond rich areas and called diamond indicators. |
As diamonds are formed by nature, most naturally develop minute imperfections known as inclusions. A diamond is considered “clean” if a trained eye cannot see inclusions when viewing the diamond through a color corrected lens at 10 times magnification. |
|
Diamond is crystallized carbon, the only gem composed of a single element. The most popular diamonds are traditionally colorless, but they can also be found in yellow and brown colors. Although much rarer, diamonds known as “fancies” also come in blue, red, pink, green, orange, black, lavender and purple. On Mohs’ scale of hardness, diamond is the world’s hardest substance at 10. It has a high luster and primary sources include South Africa, Namibia, Australia, Botswana, Russia, Zaire, Brazil, Ghana, Angola, Central African Republic and Canada.
