      "The pendants and stones were fine but I was not in the market until I saw them on TV. The host said they were adding chains but it wasn't on the description. I ordered it during the show but when the product arrived there were NO chains. Since the description on the internet doesn't contain chains, I guess I'm just out of luck. I would NOT have ordered one set, much less two had I known. Next time, I'll see it in writing or better yet, skip future orders altogether."
