"The cross looks more than .50ctw and has a nice weight to it...not thin at all. Just in case someone else noticed this... I have a bit a problem threading my chains thru the bail opening...there seems to be a high point that catches but I've been able to wiggle the chain thru. The cross will get get noticed...it really is pretty. I catch people looking at it all the time. For the money I couldn't be happier. I ordered 2..I sent 1 back bcuz the diamonds were a bit cloudy but I kept the other. I had no problems w/customer service in that area so don't be afraid to try it out. Thx for the great product & price, JTV!"

"I received this cross a week ago and have worn it constantly since. My faith in God is beautifully represented in this piece. It is not overdone or gawdy. This cross shines and sparkles before you even meet people, as though God is shining forth. I highly recommend this cross to everyone. I am not a showy person and this piece is elegantly perfect for a diamond cross. Thank you JTV for providing such a lovely way to express one's faith."

"I received this pendant and to my amazement I was not moved. The diamonds were dirty and it had very little sparkle. I am sending it back."

Fast Facts
| Diamond is the hardest known gemstone on earth. |
| In 1477, Archduke Maximillian gave his betrothed a ring set with a diamond as a love token, making it the first recorded diamond engagement ring. |
| Diamond comes from the Greek word “adamas” meaning invincible. |
| Some beautiful purple color garnets will often be found in kimberlite (blue ground) soil samples in diamond rich areas and called diamond indicators. |
As diamonds are formed by nature, most naturally develop minute imperfections known as inclusions. A diamond is considered “clean” if a trained eye cannot see inclusions when viewing the diamond through a color corrected lens at 10 times magnification. |
|
Diamond is crystallized carbon, the only gem composed of a single element. The most popular diamonds are traditionally colorless, but they can also be found in yellow and brown colors. Although much rarer, diamonds known as “fancies” also come in blue, red, pink, green, orange, black, lavender and purple. On Mohs’ scale of hardness, diamond is the world’s hardest substance at 10. It has a high luster and primary sources include South Africa, Namibia, Australia, Botswana, Russia, Zaire, Brazil, Ghana, Angola, Central African Republic and Canada.
