"First, keep in mind this is 3.5 to 4 hardness. Since it was low inventory, I knew there was a chance it was a return, but considering the extreme discount it was worth a shot.
The color is not as deep as the picture, but still not too bad.
Unfortunately it looks like it was a return and whoever originally got it probably handled it with metal tweezers and put some dents in it. On the other hand, since it is 3.5 to 4 hardness, and since I decided it was worth keeping for the price, I used the handy dandy #3 silk side of my fingernail polisher that I got with one of those kits from the dead sea minerals booth in most malls, to polish the scratches out. I knew it would come in handy one of these days.
