"Love this piece. Had another ruby simulant from other online network for jewelry. That ruby did not look real and neither did the setting. THIS ring looks like a high-end vintage antique ruby ring from the 1920's. The stone color is deep rich red and the side stones definitely look like diamonds. My husband & I love pieces like this because they fool everyone into thinking I have gone to the best jewelers around when secretly we stash our money into retirement funds and NOT into expensive real jewelry. You cannot go wrong with this piece expecially for the money! Very comfortable, too."

"This is a bearutiful copy of the real ruby. I really couldn't tell the difference. I held a ruby (real) next to this ring and it was a clone of the real thing.
If you guys can buy it and manage to do so with this poor economy we are experiencing, I say go for it.
You can't go wrong on this ring."

"I am confused by all the negative comments. I think it's a gorgeous ring and comfortable on the finger. I gave it 4 out of 5 because it is a tad smaller than my other rings the same size, but certainly not too tight. Is the stone a CHERRY red?...no it is not...it looks to me (in sunlight) to be a magenta red. Wearing it inside it is just red. I change my rings to suit what I am wearing and this is perfect with my red outfits, not to mention holidays. JTV did a great job of making this ring look like an antique, even the platinum is toned down. I just might order this ring for some gifts."
