      "Watch out for this pendant because the 2 phases may confuse you.. you have to snap in the smaller stone then the larger stone so it cannot bend the prongs more than necessary... mine came in all bent out of shape and instead of returning it ( I had a birthday deadline to meet) I fixed it myself... it looked beautiful with the stones I put in and the prongs fit well around the stone so I am happy and so is the birthday girl I gave the pendant to."

      "I thought I posted this already...
      It's a really inexpensive piece, and as I read all the reviews before purchasing, I wasn't suprised when the snap set arrived. However, unlike nearly every other reviewer, I did not have a problem setting any of the stones. I bent all the prongs inward before I pushed the stone down, and they caught very well. I then bent the little tips of the prongs further over the stones and I haven't had any problems. I put two garnets in the setting and they look beautiful. The only problem I have really encountered is that the 8x6 part of the snap set moves, and so that part is constantly on its side, which is REALLY annoying. If I didn't have to keep turning it back over then I would be completely satisfied with the purchase."

      "This was a little hard to work with - the Oval snapped in fine - but the round just bended to easy and i had difficulty getting the stone set. Once completed it made a lovely pendant! I bought two and had difficulty with both - but both look so nice on."

      "I ordered 3 of these settings because I thought they were very pretty and would make nice necklaces. Even with a gentle touch, they would not hold the stones. The metal looks to be only about half as strong as the regular pendant settings. Appear cheaply made. Sent back."
