      "the pendant arrived in a bag inside a box ,so one would have to beleive it would be in good shape but this one was broken with the tips of 2 prongs broken off and unuseable.this one is going back for a replacement casting as I have plans for this item but hope then q.a. will look over the next one a little closer."

      "This product did not work at all, everytime you tried to mount a gem the casting would bend into each other and not accept the stone. This was a definate return and i will not try this again unless it comes out in gold."

      "The 7*5mm wasn't hard to put in, but i got it in crooked, eh w/e, after messing with the 4mm for 30 min. trying to get the stone in and stay in i wasn't worried about the bottom one being straight. I finally had to put a 3.5mm stone in the top setting because the 4mm pavilion was to big and the girdle to wide. After bending the prongs back a couple of times i chipped off a little bit of one so i couldn't send it back if it hadn't worked, but it looks good in the end. BTW i put a chrome diopside and a smoky quartz in this one and it looks nice, ordered a bigger one for citrine and smoky, hope it fits better, maybe it will b/c its bigger."
