    "The spessartite garnets were evenly matched and the colour was similar to that shown on the website. The diamond accent stones do not add to the bracelet, but also do not detract from the overall design. The bracelet is dainty and light, just right for my smaller wrist."

    "I have been wearing it 24/7 since I received it. The stones are in a lovely configuration and have good color. One requirement for me with a bracelet is a lobster claw clasp because it doesn't catch on clothing. When I realized the links were open on the back I was worried about its strength but it seems to be just fine."

    "This is a nice bracelet for the price. The stones are small, but they match and have nice sparkle. The color tone matched a ring I bought from JTV earlier. The only gripe is that the clasp is on upside down and I cannot put the bracelet on by myself. I have had a few bracelets from JTV like that . I wish they would pay attention to which way the clasps go."

Spessartite was once just a collector's gem but moved into mainstream gemology in the 1990s. Spessartite is 6.5 to 7.5 on the Mohs' scale of hardness and, like all garnet, is untreated, so the beautiful color that you see is strictly as nature created it.
