    "Everything in this kit looked great. I was puzzled over the title of the DVD and after watching the WHOLE thing I realized there was no more and it was the WRONG DVD! I got the beads and wire dvd in error and after contacting the service dept, they will correct it but I have to return the whole thing. Waiting for the return label and when they receive they'll send out a correct set. BIG BUMMER! I had waited almost 2 weeks for this kit and now have to wait some more. I hope the quality of the replacement kit is a good as I had already received (cabachons and tools) so I can actually get started on this!! Totally frustrated."

    "I ordered it the first week that it was on jtv. I took one look at the kit and all the components and decided I'm not much of a hobby person and other people have a lot more skill along these lines....but not for me. I'm sure all those people that have patience to learn and want to be creative will really develop their skills. IT'S TOO HARD AND TOO MUCH FOR ME TO TACKLE AT MY AGE. I'd rather let those talented people do their thing and not start a new hobby at this time!
    I got hooked on all the hype and did an impulse buy. Glad that with the great return policy I didn't get stuck with something I would never use and have to give away. When I got my refund, I turned around and ordered a new gold ring. So all in all, jtv got the money back."

    "The quality of the tools very nice, the cutters are great.DVD instruction the best I have seen, not only on a production stand point but Instructor very likeable and easy to follow.But i would recommend a few quick fixes before I'd recommend this kit- the stones included were just plain UGLY- dyed,dull, I would never ever waste the little bit of sterling wire included on stones of this quality which is fix no.# 2- more wire! i had planned on ordering a mixed lot of stone cads from JTV after seeing the stones in this kit and I have decided to order cabachons elsewhere."
