"Got this item to make a gemstone enhanced necklace with. Not enough threads for the person I am making necklace for. Upon closer look surface of stone had a slice accross the top of the stone probually were a needle had been. spoke with customer service about the damage and they aill be sending a return label and I will exchanging for another one. shopping with jewelry television they always make it right. very pleasent"
