"I ordered the last one, and should have known better. It was probably one that had been returned. The diamonds did not look like champagne, and for a four carat diamond bracelet, the diamonds were really small. I still love JTV, and watch it every day. I will continue to look for a champagne bracelet."

"My husband gave me this bracelet for our 17th Wedding Anniversary and bless his heart he thought he was doing a wonderful thing. The diamonds are of a extremely poor quality. They don't even come close to matching. They range from light to medium and have more nicks than I can describe. I would return this bracelet but he bought it weeks in advance of our anniversary which now does not allow for a return. I wouldn't want to hurt his feelings either because he was so proud of himself. JTV - please stop bringing inferior products like this to sell. You might just disappoint another long time customer like myself. Where was your quality control department on this bracelet?"
