    "These little earrings are so cute for the Holidays. I bought them to go with a JTV turquoise ring I'm giving as a gift; these will go very nicely. The smoky Quartz is also an attractive accent, and for someone who can wear danglers, you just can't go wrong for the price. It's always so wonderful at this time of year to think of our loved ones, and when we see something we like, the great values make it possible for us to just go ahead and buy without breaking the budget."

    "These inexpensive little earrings are such a delight and cost a fraction of what you would pay for "fashion" jewelry. This is real sterling silver and real gemstones and the silver gleams! I can hardly believe my good luck to get these for such a low price and I also had free shipping so they were really a deal! They would also make a great gift. These are pretty long on the drop, so if you have a shorter neck they might be too long for you. I think you could remove the center loop of silver and shorten them though if you wanted to. Great buy!"

    Quartz is one of the most common gem families and can be found all around the world. Quartz comprises several different groups of gems from crystalline quartz (crystals viewable by the naked eye) and crypto-crystalline (microscopic crystals). Crystalline quartz includes amethyst, aventurine, rock crystal, blue quartz, citrine, hawk’s eye, prasiolite, quartz cat’s eye, smoky quartz, rose quartz, and tiger’s eye. Crypto-crystalline quartz is also known as chalcedony and includes agate, bloodstone, carnelian, chyrsoprase, jasper, moss agate, onyx and sard.
