    "I bought these 7mm x 9mm castings to make earrings with the calibrated 7mm x 9mm star sapphires I bought from you some time ago. I didn't anticipate trouble, having made many pieces of jewellery from stones and castings bought from you. But this time, the prongs snapped in place, then splayed and the stones fell out. I'm not returning them because I have a silversmith jeweller who will probably finish making the earrings for me. It was disappointing, though, because I expected them to work."
