"When I opened the box I was Thrilled, as I have never owned an Omega before. It looked simply Beautiful & was so well packaged. I tried it on & it was Way TOO Short for me :( It fit like a 15 inch chain on me. The chain turned on it's side & wouldn't lay flat at all. I would LOVE to have been able to have bought it in a longer length a 19-20 inch or if it had an extender with it. A longer length is much better over sweaters, PLUS One Size Doesn't Fit All :( So I have returned it to JTV, I'm sorry to say. PLEASE JTV make an Overlay Omega in a 20 inch length ;) I be watching!"

"I'm not too happy with this item and I plan to return it. The omega is too rigid; it doesn't lay flat on the neck. It sticks out and it's not flexible enough for my liking. Because the chain doesn't lay flat, the pendant tends to spin. Sometimes it faces downward, and sometimes it reverses to the other side, depending on the movement of your neck and shoulders. I found it annoying to wear; a real pain in the neck!"

"I was not pleased with the appearance of this piece at all, it looked like costume jewelry, the color was "off" and the slide would not lay right. I am returning this piece."

Fast Facts
| Diamond is the hardest known gemstone on earth. |
| In 1477, Archduke Maximillian gave his betrothed a ring set with a diamond as a love token, making it the first recorded diamond engagement ring. |
| Diamond comes from the Greek word “adamas” meaning invincible. |
| Some beautiful purple color garnets will often be found in kimberlite (blue ground) soil samples in diamond rich areas and called diamond indicators. |
As diamonds are formed by nature, most naturally develop minute imperfections known as inclusions. A diamond is considered “clean” if a trained eye cannot see inclusions when viewing the diamond through a color corrected lens at 10 times magnification. |
|
Diamond is crystallized carbon, the only gem composed of a single element. The most popular diamonds are traditionally colorless, but they can also be found in yellow and brown colors. Although much rarer, diamonds known as “fancies” also come in blue, red, pink, green, orange, black, lavender and purple. On Mohs’ scale of hardness, diamond is the world’s hardest substance at 10. It has a high luster and primary sources include South Africa, Namibia, Australia, Botswana, Russia, Zaire, Brazil, Ghana, Angola, Central African Republic and Canada.
