    "This piece, although pretty, was a disappointment. Ammolite paper thin and bezel wasn't even around edges. Wouldn't recommend. Color was barely visible and I own several ammolite pieces so I know what good ammolite should look like."

    "I've been waiting for an ammolite for just ever. This one is small and the color isn't spectacular but it's OK for the price. I just couldn't (and can't) afford anything larger. You can see the prized dragon skin and I'm glad it's a triplet so it's protected. The 14K setting is very nice and sets off the stone nicely. I'm going to keep it for good luck but some of you might be inclined to return it. It's not a bad stone and, since they're all going to be different, yours might be prettier. I love JTV for offering an affordable ammolite."
