      "The orginal casting did NOT fit the 2 stones I purchased for gifts. The stones were deeper then the casting's supplied. When I requested a corrected size I was sent the same incorrect size again. Fortunately when I called back I reached a supervisor, "Susan" who saved the day and Christmas. She got the correct size to me and in time for Christmas. Thank you for your concern of my frustration, and for taking the time to research and correct the error without any further issues. It is reassuring to know that when mistakes are made you have the Supervisory personnel that are pure professionals."
