"The first time I ordered this item, I received a bella luce ring instead. The second time I ordered this bracelet, one of the stones had fallen out inside the box. Since this was a Christmas gift for my mother from my father to go with a garnet ring he bought her for Sweetest Day, I tried one more time. Finally....the third bracelet arrived and there were no problems.....at least so far. =) The bracelet is beautiful, but just a word of warning.......please be sure to check for loose stones and clasps."

"This bracelet is absolutely beautiful. My husband checked it with his loop and said that there are a couple of stones that are set slightly crooked, but you can't see it with the naked eye.
