Product Description for Min 1.25ct 8x8mm Trillion Paraiba Tourmaline Simulant-PXT80A

Tourmaline was named after "turmali", the Sinhalese word for "mixed", probably because of the variety of colors it's found in and the fact that it can be bi-, tri- or parti-colored. Tourmaline ranks a tough 7 to 7.5 on the Mohs' scale of hardness. It is the national gemstone of the U.S. but is found all over the world, with colors varying depending on its origin. Indicolite is the name for the deep blue to greenish-blue variety, and rubellite is the pink-red color.

"I love Pariba Ice! I bought 2 of these and they were beautiful and matched perfectly. They have great cut and fabulous clarity. Pariba Ice is such a beautiful color and I would recommend it to everyone! I think it is sad when people avoid beautiful gemstones just because they are man made - I think man made stones can be much more beautiful than an affordable version of the real thing (especially if you are not super wealthy). Come on!!! try one!!! you won't be disappointed."
